Problems with online dining reservations

Is anyone else having problems with the online dining? I can log in, see my reservations but anytime I search for availability the searching screen comes up but I never get any search results it just gets stuck. :confused3
 
Which browser are you using? I had that trouble with Firefox, but it works fine for me with Explorer.
 
Yep - if you're using Firefox, you'll need to switch over to IE or Safari. Drove me crazy too!

Well I can't log in. I got it to reset the password even though I knew I was typing in the same one and it just tells me system error contact us for assistance. I can search new dining ressies but cant view any current ones booked.:confused:

Try deleting your browser cache, closing and reopening your browser. That has helped me sometimes.

Thanks, that didn't work either. I have also tried every computer in the house and I still get the same message. I emailed Disney. Maybe they are having issues on their end.

I've had no problems the last few days. :confused3
 
Talked to tech support and my problem is fixed! Yay, now I can log in. It was a problem on Disneyworld.com end so I would never have figured it out!

Go to the bottom of the page on the right hand side it says contact us. Click there and on the right hand side it will post a list of numbers. One is the technical support number. Call them. Very nice and helpful!
 
I've found that for some reason using the firefox browser will not let me book, but if I use the google chrome browser I am able to book right away. not sure if internet explorer works or not since I can't stand using that browser.
 
I'm having issues this afternoon. Been trying to change a few ADRs around & all I get is Searching for Tables.

If you're using Firefox as your browser, that's all you'll get is the searching for tables loop. You have to use one of the other bowsers (Chrome, IE, Safari, etc.) to actually get through to booking a table.
