Problems with online checkin?

Tried to use online checkin today for our stay next week. Entered all the information, accepted terms, clicked Submit. It then pops up, and says something to the affect of, "You need to complete the yellow sections before you are allowed to check in." Now there are no "yellow" sections, maybe some off-white sections, but those are filled in already anyway, so it shouldn't matter

I have tried on one computer and my bf has tried on another.

Has anyone else had this problem before? Could it be our settings or just something wrong with the site?

We will call, but I can't from work, so I thought I'd check here first!

Yes, there have been reports of problems. Some have reported success when they fixed the zip code entry, which seems to be hosed.
 
I've been having the same problem. I still can't get it to work even with trying to change the address field. It also won't let me make a special room request.
 

I had similar problems this afternoon. The CM said the system is having problems. Then he called back later and I tried again and the first part of my split stay checked in. Tomorrow I can check in for my second hotel.

Even though the link was up for the second hotel, I was still to far out to use it.
