Okay, I've tried this every way I can think of and I can't get My Disney Experience to recognize that I'm me. I've tried directly clicking on the link to MDE from my DVC member page and it says it can't link automatically. So I put in the confirmation number and it tells me sorry it's already linked to [My Name]. What am I doing wrong? Is it because we are staying club level? I'm just not sure what's up, but I would like to get set up for MB and FP+ when the time comes.

It might be because you are already logged into the DVC site. I found I had to log off the DVC site and then create the MDE using the SAME password. I ended up calling and having them help me, because I too had that same issue. We also found that my DH had a separate account with Disney too, even though he didn't know it. All those had to be linked.

I had the same problem :badpc:, when i moved from DVC member page to my Disney Experience. After calling Disney, we found that my problem was when i got to the My Disney Experience page, I was using the same logon as DVC. When i logged on with my E-mail address & same password everything worked fine. And i didn't get the dreaded "Sorry Goofy" screen.

I have two different logins with separate components. If I log in with my email address, I can see all my dining reservations but it won't let me link my DVC resort reservations because it tells me they are already linked (even though they aren't there). If I log in with my DVC login, all my resort reservations are there but no dining. If I try to link my dining, it will tell me they are already link to the primary account (which is me).

I've been told I have to call MS and spend an hour on the phone getting them linked together. I don't have time to do that so I'll just keep them separate for now then have them linked when we return from our trip as I don't want them messing with my accounts until after everything is done.

Crazy!

We seem to have a similar but different situation. We can log in see our reservations, tickets, customize our bands, shows the park tickets next to them,,,,but,, cant pick fasspass+.
We were on the phone for about an hour the other day, they tried taking our park tickets out and putting them back in, but still nothing.
Hey that's what testing is all about.:thumbsup2
Hope it fixed before we get there in 40days, or at least when we receive our bands,,,but if its not I do think that we will still have fun:rotfl:
