problems with July 4th

there seems to be a glitch that will not allow July 4th Dessie's in Epcot. no restaurants are loading for me. I even called disney dining and they can't get them to load either. help!

For some reason, "Le Cellier" showed up, but that was only Epcot restaurant that you could make an adr

Lol, I was SO confused! My friends want to eat at Biergarten and I wasn't even worried about getting up early to book because Biergarten almost always has a ressie. Whew!
