problems with hot wire??????

Has anyone had problems with hotwire and vouchers lately?
my first order of Q&C went perfect. but then I ordered Breakfast, they came with the wrong exp. date so I sent them back a month ago, and everytime I call to check on them, they say they've just been processed and will be another 3-4 weeks! I've never had this problem before and now I am leary of buying the VKL vouchers. Good thing I plan 6 months ahead of time!

which includes Dealpass and we had problems w/ them not shipping our breakfast vouchers and saying they did. It took 3 phone calls and over a month to finally get them.
I suggest you take down names, get things in writing and be prepared to dispute the charges if they don't follow thru.

It seems as though ordering these vouchers is a crap-shoot. Most of the time things go well, but if they don;'t they take a lot of effort to resolve. You should check out the thread at the top of the budget board that says everytrhing you ever wanted to know about connections meal vouchers.
It seems that all the different companies who sell them have had problems.

It's a good thing you didn't leave it to the last minute.
