Problems with Hands-On Volunteer Website?

Nevermind - I figured it out by using a different computer and different browser.

Am I the only one who cannot get signed up for the Give a Day Get a Day promotion? I get through signing up on the Disney website and then when I get transferred to the Hands-On website, the site crashes. This has been happening to me every time I have tried to complete my registration. Any clues? Advice?

Can you try using a different browser?

When I use Chrome I sometimes have crashing problems and then switch to Internet Explorer.

Its driving me nuts, I have lost 2 opportunities so far, I get error messages, I have just given up....

What was happening to me was that it was showing an opportunity and then once I clicked on it it said, "there are no more openings for this opportunity" or some such thing. Very annoying.

Me too! I've almost given up. Either I can't find something within a reasonable distance from home, we do not fit the job because of my daughter's age, or I am directed to another page which then says I have to email the organization which I do, but never get a response.

I had a problem at the very last page of the process...I recieved an error message 2x's. However, the third time was a charm and I'm all ready to volunteer this weekend.

OP here! I was able to register for my Give a Day by switching to Internet Explorer.

For those who have not found an opportunity, try e-mailing places that are listed but don't have specific dates yet. I was able to find a group that plans birthday parties for children in shelters. However, it requires that I not only donate my time but also the money to create 20 goody bags. While I will probably break even, its for a great cause.
