Problems with First Choice

Has anyone had any problems with First Choice Holidays?We are due to fly with them in 4 weeks and are still waiting for our final invoice which was requested 5 weeks ago. they keep telling us it is in the post but nothing has arrived. This is very worrying as we have 'phoned them 6 times and been promised it has been sent. Starting to worry about whether our tickets will turn up too. Was recently told they had problems with their invoice printing but have checked with local travel agents who have had no problems with the invoices from First Choice being sent to them. :sad2:
 
Going with First Choice from Glasgow on Friday 20th. New planes with seat back tv,s etc. Very good seat pitch. Got tickets today 13 days to go. Booked 11 weeks ago.

Tour operators do not normally issue final invoices nowadays (well not to travel agents anyway). They usually issue an invoice after booking (around 10 days to 2 weeks after) Tickets normally arrive 14 days to 10 days before. Worst case scenario would be to collect the tickets at the airport but that normally only happens for last minute bookings.

In 15 years of working in an agency I've never had anybody miss their holiday yet.

Just received our duplicate invoice from First Choice this morning! :cool1: :banana: Now we can finalise our itinerary and order our tickets :wave2: :teeth: Can't wait to try out the new seats etc in star class premier. :Pinkbounc We like the extra leg room, hope we don't get our seats kicked all the way there this time, and the better service. :earsgirl:
