problems with dvc website?

Anyone else having problems accessing the dvcmembers.com? It's not just today - so I'm wondering if it's just me and my computer??? Sometimes I can log in, sometimes I can't. When I can - I go to do something (like pay towards our loan) and can't.

Do you ever log into the regular Disney website? Sometimes that system doesn't log you out properly and then you can't login to the MS website. No matter what, I'd recommend that you clear your cookies, cache and history. Reboot your machine and then try again. If that doesn't work call MS and talk to an IT CM.

I was having issues too over the weekend, and being in IT I had already cleared the cache, cookies, history etc etc and it still didn't work. Last night it was fine but there were two days I couldn't get in. It wouldn't hurt to call them and let them know you are having an issue, they may not be aware there is a problem.
