Problems with DVC website?

Has anyone had trouble with dvcmember.com lately? I just tried checking my reservations online to see if my waitlist cleared, and I got an error message. Is anyone else having trouble?
 
Yes. I tried this morning, and again just now. Both times I got the message:
'Sorry, the page you are trying to access is not available.'

was hoping that it was because they were up dating my wait list :wizard:
but it't been down since yesterday , so wouldn't take that long to change my details
 
I think they're doing system maintenance. When I got to the "My DVC" page, it says it can't access my info for that reason. Might be an update to bring in the "AKV" stuff, which, to date, hasn't been there. My home resort has been listed as "Null" since purchase, for example.
 

I noticed this morning that some of the links on the "My DVC" web page are producing the "web page not available" message. It's not just reservations, but I can't even look at contract information, points, dues, etc. It seems to be that their whole contract/reservation database is offline.
 
I too just got the same "down for maintenance" message. I was able to get on yesterday and at least see my account history. I wanted to verify a cancellation and reservation and those both showed up yesterday. However, I too have had limited information from the AKV side.
 
I noticed that yesterday I couldn't go on and check to see if my waitlist came through. The same was true today. I wondered if it has any connection to all of the AKL reservations.
 
They have changed the menu-structure around between yesterday and today. I would guess that means that we are getting new/different functionality.... Working in the IT industry, I wonder why it is taking as long as it is, but they seem to take a long time to do any site functionality refreshes.

I work in IT, too.

After yesterday's "system glitch" with booking '08 AKV rooms....my opinion of DVC's IT resources isn't very high.

Still not working, though hopefully will be up later today! I`m anxious to see if any of my waitlists came through.
 
Wow still not working here. Seems like a long time. Hoping for a wait list surprise as well!
 
I just logged in about 1/2 hour ago, and all seems to be back to the way it was, showing contract/point/reservation data. My AKV addon still lists the resort as "null"! :confused3 But at least it has my AKV reservation now in the system! :thumbsup2
 
It still isn't working for me - it takes me straight to the "We're sorry, The page you are trying to access is currently not available."
 
I was able to get in and see my reservations. Was hoping for a waitlist surprise, but no such luck yet.
 
I can get to some places, but not others.

For example, I can see my '07 UY allotment of ponits (200), points remaining (40), and points assigned to a vacation (160), but not the details of the vacation, itself.

Edit: I spoke too soon. Now I CAN see vacation details but ONLY if I follow the "Vacation Details" link off of the "Vacation Points Contract Detail" page...not the link on my main "Membership" page.

Odd....

One interesting note: The ressie description is this: "1 BR Savanna View Jambo". I think that pretty much means what many people thought is true: You will be able to book Jambo or Kidani as an actual booking category...so you'll know as soon as you make the ressie where you're staying.

That's the message I just got, too. System maintenance. Sure seems like the system needs a lot of maintenance, doesn't it?
 
This whole website stuff is getting curioser and curioser....

I have two different logins, for two master contracts. The one that has the AKV addon is showing the "system maintenance" message. The login without AKV is showing all the data as usual.
