problems with dreamsunlimited?????

I booked my January vacation with dreamsunlimited and this morning I wanted to access my account to check priority seatings and the server was saying it didn't recognize me....I emailed the web master twice and haven't heard from them...should I be worried?:( One of the messages it gave me was that it could not process my request b/c a deposit hadn't been made...but they never asked for one so what should I do ? anybody has a phone number I can get my hands on...BouH ouH ouH

Hi 3littlepeas. The Dreamsunlimited agents are the best, and I'm sure they'll work hard to sort out any problems you're having. Since you're having trouble even communicating with them, I'm going to post your problem on the Host Board, where it will be seen. I hope you get everything resolved soon.

Please don't worry :) ! All confirmed reservations with Disney will require a deposit. Please take a look at your quote one more time, there should be some information on which Agent to contact if you have any questions. They will be able to explain all of the details to you. :)
 

I imagine they are very busy right now, and will get back to you as soon as possible. When we booked I think it took them a day or two to get back to us, and some day our trip planner took a few days to get back to me (simply because she was busy). Be patient!
