Has anyone else had problems with 02 recently, Not network issues but actual problems with your account?
I have an online tariff and have recently upgraded my phone in exchange for 12 months adding onto my contract and I really wish I had gone with another provider. I have had many problems with 02 in the past but not for a while so I thought I may aswell stick with them for the time been.
I amended my direct debit details online and was sent a message saying this had been done successfully. I then cancelled the old direct debit. Of course 02 claimed under the old details which were rejected, I knew nothing of this until yesterday morning and I immedietly called the tel number given and paid by credit card.
My phone has now been cut off!
I have emailed 02 5 times now and still no phone line! At first they claimed I had not paid by credit card so I emailed then my confirmation number. They have accepted I have paid but then told me I had to ring the customer service number. I tried this but I cannot get through so I have emailed the again and again and again.
I lost my patience on the last one and have threatened to report them to whoever they answer to (last time I did this my problem was sorted in 5 mins after a week of no help) unless my phone is reconnected this afternnoon.
I dont feel as though I am been unrealistic in my time scale, I paid my bill around 13.30 yesterday as soon as I could after thier error caused my phone to be disconnected and now 27.5 hours later I still have no phone line!
