Problems w/SSR

Imagine I have taken two trips here and another to OKW and have had no issues.

I am here with my family and my parents in 2 bedroom at GS and the place is beautiful, again!! The checkin was fantastic, the busses have been spot on, the room is beautiful and clean.

I decided we would come down on Sat and stay to Sat, 9/6--9/13. Originally booked Allstars for the Sat on the front and the Fri on back. As I thought about that with all the logistics of being resortless for a couple of days I decided prior to leaving to spend the Fri night points on 9/12. BOY AM I ,GLAD I DID!!! All that resort moving is a PINTA and I do not want to do it again. Anyway we are halfway through our trip and everything including the weather has been great. I am checking in randomly and will try to answer questions if I am able. Trippie w/photos as I get around to it. Just finished and emailed my prof the first assignment for this semesters masters class, so I am off to play at the pool and DTD. No parks day today, everyone is tired. ( I may sneak over to Typhoon Lagoon by myself while DW and kiddos go shopping )

I agreee with you about moving. There are so many things to do at WDW and moving aint one of them. We were supposed to spend our last night at POP last week and I was dreading it soooo bad, I called MS and coughed up the 41 points and the night at PoP to stay in our BWV 1 bedroom. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Actually, I wont book a value for us again, no matter what. I figured, I spent points on GCH at DLR, went on a 15 day DCL, and 1 bed @ BWV. POP was not the cherry on top!

Saratoga Springs was great. Stayed 4 nites (8/23-27) in the Springs, great pool, buses ran smooth, it all went very well...even with the remnants of Fay still in the house.

We love our SSR home! We have stayed in all but the Carousel area and each one has it pluses. We love the quiet feeling after a long day at the parks. Can't agree with you more about moving! If we are going to have to move, I try to always make it the first of the trip. It is so hard to move down instead of moving up. I have spent points for weekend night just so we didn't have to move. It just isn't worth it sometimes. Our next trip (this Saturday) we are using points for that first Saturday night just so we don't have to move. Anyway, good to see you are enjoying yourself.

We were at SSR last week and enjoyed everything!! No problems with anything at all!

Monorail Purple&Gold, was your trip planned, or were you there as an evacuee? We were there running from the storm and saw lots of Louisiana plates!
