Problems this morning...

Or is it just me?

It's my 180 & I keep getting Donald telling me there's a problem. I called & was told they're experiencing "enhancements" & to try again later, but that was hours ago & no one on here is talking about it.

LMAO Dis being quiet makes me question the CM.

Has anyone been able to book dining this morning?
 
Nope..have been trying to search online and it keeps telling me..... cannot search at this time to try again later
 
I've been trying also and it says it's down for maintenance. I've been trying since 7 am EST.
 
I've been trying so I came here to see if anyone else is having troubles.
Has anyone called? I would think that is a long wait also.
 

I had that problem on Monday (my 180 day). I woke up at 4:45 central time & couldn't do anything by mde or online. Waited until 6 central & held for 20 min- got everything. Also check dvcresale.com, they have a dining link.
 
I called and spoke with them this morning. At first the girl told me they were doing enhancements. I asked her a few general questions and then asked how long 'enhancements' usually take - she couldn't answer - I pressed her a bit and she told me the system was down and she didnt know how long it would be.

This is what I was told but fortunately it went down after I made my reservations but I was trying to switch up some times
 
Well, I figured "enhancements" was code for system being down. LOL Usually enhancements are known ahead of time & we know the system will be down.

I just tried again, and it's still not working. :( Wish they'd fix this already!
 
I wasn't able to look for ADRs early this morning, either. It does seem to be working now, though. :)

I was able to get what I wanted right after I posted earlier. I was wanted to get a table for 3 but it booked a table for 2, I don't want to change the ressie because it was so hard to get, hoping it won't be a problem.
 
Just called & made my ressies over the phone. Don't know why I'm having computer issues. Didn't work on the computer, kindle, ipod, etc. :( But that's ok, got what I wanted anyway. One step closer to Disney!

I swear, I think there's gremlins in the dining portion of MDE. I've made several changes to ADRs, yet the only one I've cancelled that does not disappear from my reservations is the one for BOG for 9:10 at night (too late for me). I think MDE is taunting me. lol
 
I wound up getting thru yesterday afternoon and getting my ressie. I had to call it in because apparently you can book a ressie online for a party over 13 - there is a party of 20 of us. So you may want to steer clear of the Cape May Cafe on 9/20!
 
LOL Thanks for the heads up! We ate at Cape May for breakfast a few years ago when we stayed at Beach Club. We enjoyed it!

BTW...I still cannot make ressies online! No matter what I do, I'm still getting the darn jumping Donald Duck. I have dining to book for clients tomorrow, so I guess I'm calling!
