Problems Purchasing Tickets Online Or APP

Hello, has anyone else experienced problems with the Disneyland web site or Apple App with purchasing park tickets? These are thing I have done to remedy the problem, all recommended by Disney Customer Service agents:

Cleared my browser History, Cookies, Passwords, auto fills.

Verified that the address with my Credit and Debit cards match exactly to my Disney profile and address entered for the credit card on the disney website

Tried 6 different cards, verified all are working with my banks.

The error I receive is: The Card number is incorrect or other information is missing
