Hi I have been trying to get through to member services using the number I have used for the last 3 years but it keeps saying sorry there is no reply before I even get as far as dialling the 2nd half of the number, anyone else had issues recently?

Are you dialling just the US toll free DVC number directly or do you first dial into the local ATT toll free number?
