Problems paying off balance today...

We waited until the last day to pay off our trip balance. Now the Reservations System is down due to maintenance/upgrades. Tomorrow is the 45 day mark. Will I lose our reservations if I can't pay it off today?
 
No even without system maintenance you get a grace period of a few days at least. I know I got a 7 day extension because my TA was not available when I wanted to make my payment.
 
No. We ran into this exact issue a couple years ago during a server/system maintenance. I called the next day, which was 44 days before our arrival and paid. The CM said they normally send out multiple emails reminding you that the 45 day mark has passed. Once you hit the 30 day mark with no contact, they will cancel.
 

They can't retrieve my reservations over the phone either. The system is down. At least that's what the message said when I called. I didn't talk to anyone though. Maybe I'll try again.
 
I think it'll be fruitless until later tonight when the system is back up.

I honestly wouldn't waste the time. I wouldn't want to process a payment with the reservation system down. Too much room for error IMHO.
