problems making a dining reservation

Hello,
I would like to make a dining res at Lombards for 11 people on New Years Eve. I tried calling 407 224 3613 at least 3 times over the past couple of weeks. I always get a voice msg asking me to leave a msg. I have left 3 msg but I have not received confirmation. Is there any other way to try to make a dining reservation? I just wish that a live person would pick up the phone.

I would just keep trying to call. I tried calling Thanksgiving morning to change our Grinch reservations (because we changed our travel dates) and I was starting to think they were closed because the first couple times I got the machine. (I didn't leave a message.) On the third or fourth try, someone finally answered.

You can call 407-224-4233 and choose the option to speak to a Guest Service coordinator. Explain how you have left 3 messages and see if they can assist you or connect you with a live person instead of a machine.

I've found calling later in the day helps.
