Problems getting a hold of MS

Anyone else having problems? I can't get through to the website or via phone. I tried both the 1-800 number and the direct number. Got a busy signal. Anyone else have problems?

Since they were closed yesterday, today will probably be very busy. If all the lines are in use, you will get a busy signal. I just logged on to the member site it did take some time though. Don't worry, I jumped back off right away. This week will probably be very busy. Many people plan their next vacation over the holidays.

I called right at 9am (EST) and got right through with no wait at all.

I got a busy signal as well several times this morning, then finally got through and had to wait on the line for about 10 minutes. They seem really busy!

I think I will wait at least until tomorrow. I have gotten a busy signal several times. I am just looking to bank my new add on points. I can wait a few days.

I called MS on Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas for two different vacation bookings and got someone right away both times. I was very surprised since they were the days before and after Christmas!
