Problems displaying reservations on Disney's website...

For several weeks I've been trying to cancel some ADR's I made for our trip in Oct. Every time I get on the Disney website to cancel them, I get a message that says: We are currently experiencing problems displaying reservations. Apologies for any inconvenience. This has been the case for WEEKS. I'd really like to just cancel them online, rather than call...does anyone know what the deal is, or if there's another way to cancel without having to call Disney?

I just pulled mine up this morning, and have every few days for the past two months.

Trying to do the same thing and getting the exact same message.
 

Try a different web browser!

I had the same error with Chrome, but worked in Firefox. May not fix it but worth a shot.
 
I had this problem for several weeks. I went into my profile and updated my info. For some reason my name and address were missing. When I filled out everything and updated it then pulled all my ressies, no problem.
 
I only have that issue with the reservations I made through the automated phone system. The ones I made online and by talking to a phone CM show up fine. It's weird. I've been having a lot of problems with the WDW website lately and their tech support people gave me so much wrong information I gave up on calling them...
 
I've been having that issue too. Verify your email address is correct when you make an ADR. My email address has underscores (_) in it. While making the ADR I verified the correct email address is on the reservation screen however when I click submit and get the confirmation the email address is all one word, the system for some reason omits the underscores. I called and emailed WDW and they have the correct email address in the system and couldn't explain why the confirmation was being sent to the wrong address. I ended up creating an email account and WDW account with the wrong email address, the one the confirmations where being sent to, just so that I could display my ADRs. Thank goodness it was available because I found some ADRs that needed to be cancelled and I wouldn't have known had I not created that account.

ETA: My email is xxx_x_xx@Gmail.com but the confirmations go to xxxxxx@Gmail.com.
