Yes. Having problems booking online, too. I've been trying to cancel one since last week. Thought it was a fluke with the website but it's been like that every time I try to cancel it.

You guys are just realizing that Disney's website is garbage!!!!

I've tried cancelling online for 3 weeks now and finally gave up and called Disney Dining. Took all of 5 minutes.
