Problems buying Photopass + annual pass

I have a problem buying a photopass and annual pass online. Keeps saying: "problems with adding payment information." Called Disney and they will contact me how to solve the issue because the women I spoke to had no solution. (is now 2 days ago).

Just used CC for other payment with no problem and doublechecked my bank. So it's not my CC.

Anyone else having problems trying? Or any solutions?

The website can be wonky, so you're not the only one having problems with it. Can you go to your local Disney Store to buy an AP voucher, then activate it when you get to DLR?

I'm from the Netherlands we don't have a Disney Store here . Hope they get back to me today

Then just keep trying. They should get back to you soon. If things don't clear up, would it be possible for you to buy your pass when you get to DLR?

I had an issue when I was buying our APs earlier this year. I wanted 4 normal APs and 1 signature. Whenever I tried to order them together, it wouldn't go through...or it would go through and the transaction would get cancelled later. It was just bizarre. So finally I just ordered the 4 APs separately from the Signature and it worked. 2 different transactions You might try that.

There are problems with my account. Normally they get back with a solution this monday. Fingers crossed
