Problems adding Magical Express

Hello all, I called Member Services over 10 days ago to add Magical Express to an existing reservation. The Cast Member accurately repeated all of the information back to me and said the reservation had been made. Well, no confirmation letter or packet arrived, so I checked the reservation through mydisneyvacation.com and the summary page states that no ground transportation has been selected! I have two questions...

1) Has anyone else had this problem making Magical Express reservations?
2) Is there some place on DVCMember.com where I can add the reservations myself without calling Member Services again?

Thanks for any help you can provide! ~Evey =)

When is your trip? The packet for Magical Express will not arrive until 40 days or so from arrival, unless you are 10 days or less from arrival.

From the member website:
The Airport Transportation Booklet will be mailed approximately 42 days in advance of arrival. For reservations booked inside 42 days, the Airport Transportation Booklet will be mailed as soon as possible. For reservations booked within 10 days of arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort, all attempts will be made to deliver the Airport Transportation Booklet in time for your home city departure, but no guarantee can be made.

There is a form on the member website to request Magical Express. Select Vacation Planning, then Disney's Magical Express. This request is still manually entered by someone at DVC.

Okay... thanks for the info. Should the previous request have shown up on mydisneyvacation.com by now?

MS doesn't send confirmations of ME arrangements, if you do them via phone. If you do them via the website, you will get a confirmation email. You can check to see if the reservation has been made by calling MS, too.

I don't think that it will show up anywhere. I could be wrong, but I would just call and confirm that you are scheduled for it.

The ME arrangements never show up on the MyDisneyVacation link. Never have for DVC reservations AFAIK.

If you are really nervous about it, you can call the Magical Express 800 number and verify it with them.

Yesterday DH showed up at MCO with no ME reservation, his business travel plans went ary, he did have my reservation number at AKV & was on the reservation, but wasn't going to use ME, too complicated to go into, and there was not a problem. They put him on a ME bus & he got here.

I would not worry. If you did what you were supposed to do, you're set!

Actually, you can see your DVC reservations, as well as dining plans, etc., on the MyDisneyVacation link. After you sign in, click on the reservations link. You will be asked how the reservations were made, and one of the choices is through a Disney Vacation Club membership. Anyone who has registered for the Disney site can check the reservation. All you need is the reservation number, the resort name, the check in date, and the last name of the primary person on the reservation.

Thanks for the reassurance, everyone! =)

I guess my point wasn't clear - I know that the DVC reservations & dining plan arrangements show up. It's the Magical Express arrangements for DVC reservations that do not show up there - it always looks like you don't have any, even when you do.

My ME reservations have never showed up either--even after we received the vouchers in the mail.

On the Disney site my reservations show up, but ground transportation shows up as not included. It has been like this on our last couple of connected reservations. I expect this as working as designed.

On a positive note, it seems like the form on the website works great
