Problem..

Ok i was trying to get on vmk but it said i need to download the new thing of shockwave so i downloaded it and when i log in it comes up a red cross in a white box in the top left corner? What can i do?

uninstall shockwave and reinstall it should work fine

If you use XP go into the Control Panel (make sure you are in advanced mode) and click on Add or Remove Programs. Scroll down and find Shockwave under S, uninstall it, then go to the website and reinstall it.
