Problem with trying to pre-order online

Today is the day I finally get to pre-order our lunch at BOG, but I can't do it! When I click on "Place Your Order," it takes me to a page with BOG's menu showing up very faintly in the background, and in the foreground is a mini-page that says "Enjoy Convenient Order-Ahead Dining." But there is no way to click off of that to get the menu to actually show up. Soooo annoying! Has this happened to anyone before, or is there anything else I can try before contacting WDW about it?

Want to add that I am doing this via MDE on my home computer, if that makes any difference.

I did ours last week, I couldn't get it too work on MDE on my phone, but was able to do it on my home computer via Edge. I feel like sometimes when I go to MDE on Google Chrome, it doesn't always work.

So maybe try using a different Internet browser to see if that helps? Good luck!!

Yeah on the pop up window there should be a green button at the bottom right corner that says start order.

I have trouble on Chrome on my computer with the disney site. When I switch to firefox it works just fine.

You might also want to delete your history/cookies on your PC t see if that helps too.

Thank you for adding that info, as my son was able to hit a couple of keys that enlarged the pop-up enough so that I was able to finally see that green button at the bottom. Whew!

I was very concerned, as I was using Firefox and also deleted the cookies, which made no difference. So thank you, and also Alicia, for your suggestions.

Not necessarily your issue, but sometimes I have the text so large, I can't see everything. This happens with the Photopass website. I have to click on View at the top of the screen, then zoom out so that I can see the buttons at the bottom.

LOL.....Well there are four of us, and each wanted something different: Braised Pork, Croque Monsieur, Quinoa Salad, and Carved Turkey Sandwich. With some chocolate cream puffs for dessert (we weren't wowed by their cupcakes last time). I had also tried the French Dip sandwich before, and thought it was very good.

Remember too, that you can always change your order once you're there, before you pay. Because odds are that at least one of us will have a taste for something different on that day.
