Problem with scrappindeals.com

has anyone else had no reply to their e-mails? I ordered a couple of weeks ago and my order shows as "new order" but no mailing details. I've e-mailed twice to the orders line and twice to the main e-mail address (supposedly answered within 24 hours) and there's been no reply. I've got a stack of Bazzill on the way to complete 2 big swaps -with postage about $40 - and I'm wondering if I will ever get it. I've found a UK supplier now who does the full packs (most places here sell just by the sheet) but even I don't need two huge piles of the stuff...well not yet.

I may have to phone them one evening (when DH isn't around ) but that will cost another couple of quid so I'm a bit reluctant.

Any advice?

I ordered my Bazzill from them, too, and I went about 2 weeks without hearing anything. I emailed them and didn't get a response, but the next day, I got a notice that they were being shipped. Everything was in great condition when it arrived, so I was happy with that! I hope you hear from them soon!

I've just checked the "my account" and it says "Completed". It also says $70 so goodness knows what the shipping cost! Lucky that's only £35 in UK money - hope DH hasn't noticed it

My stuff has always shipped pretty quick and in good condition. Sorry y'all are having a problem.
