Problem with renewing our Gold AP...

Our Gold AP end 10/11/19 & forgot hat I need them to make our fastpasses for 11/7-14 trip! So, I tried renewing them tonight on line both on my lap top & phone & my mobile app says that the passes I am trying to renew are no longer sold. THe website on laptop just offers a new Gold pass, cannot find anywhere to "renew" one? Does anyone know if there's a problem? I will call service in the AM, but just thought I'd check here. Thanks, Debbie
 
Ahhh, Chuck. That would make sense, then. I've only bought an AP twice before & they were several years apart, so never actually renewed! Thanks, Debbie
 
Have you tried to get FPs now? They 'assume' you will renew and let you book FPs on the current AP. Or at least they use to do this.

Yes, I did last night before realizing our AP expired. It would only let me make FP for the other couple who have non expiry tickets! I guess that practice has stopped!
