Is anybody else unable to access the Passholder page at Disney online? Has anyone logged on lately? At WDW Online Communications, they told me it would be "weeks" before it would be fixed! :badpc:

I just tried too and it's fine. The only thing that annoys me is that you have to put in your passholder info every time. Even after checking the "remember my number" box, I still have to put it in.

Your statment about "remember my number" box, is just what I was thinking. I just assumed I was doing something wrong everytime

No problem here. Was just there last night. Glad to know I'm not the only one that can't get the "save info" to work. Don't know where it's being saved, but not on the passholder page.

I am another one who can't get the rember me to work! :confused3 Any "tekkies" here? what's the deal?

You guys are lucky. I can't get in at all and they tell me it will be weeks before it will be "fixed". Sounds to me like I'm gettin' the short shrift from some of Disney's web geeks. :scratchin

Hey, I've NEVER been able to get in to that page. It never recognizes my AP and says to enter it again. It's said that to me for two years, not to mention I've never received any of the magazines that I was supposed to get as an AP holder.

That's exactly what it does to me! Have you never complained? Not that it would do you any good ...I've exchanged about 10 emails with Disney's web geeks. I think they finally got tired of dealing with me and just said it was a "cookie" problem that would take a few weeks to fix. I really think they just wanted me to leave them alone. I hate it for you, but now I know I'm not the only one. :charac2:
