Problem with Disney Rewards Site???

I can't seem to login to my Disney Rewards account. I sign in and then it says to verify my name and address information. I click Update and it goes right back to that same page. I click Enter Codes or to do anything on my account and it logs me back out again. I have some codes I want to use and it's really aggravating. I sent an email to Contact Us about the problem but they said it could take up to 3 days to get an answer.

I'm having the same problem. I got a response from them within two days, but it didn't help much either.

I've had more problems with the Movie Rewards than I have in the 39 years I've been dealing with Disney. At first I couldn't register because they didn't recognize Florida as being part of the US I finally got in and entered four codes. Then they sent the email about the latest contest and when I try to log in I get the same error messsage you get.

The email they replied with said to:
1. Check to make sure you are entering your user name and password correctly.
2. Clear all cookies.
3. Use IE because it works better than MSN.

I did all three things and STILL can't get in.
