After doing CR's trivia and website visits yesterday morning, I logged in later in the day to possibly do some shopping and got the message above!
I sent an e-mail to their support and this is their reply: "I am unable to locate an account under your Emailaddress. If you have joined our website and have been receiving our Emailoffers, please forward one to us at support@creationsrewards.net and I canresearch your account information further. If you have not yet joined ourwebsite, please visit us at www.creationsrewards.net to register for yourfree account."
Thank goodness I had not cleared my deleted folder and was able to send them one from yesteday. I have been a member for a couple of years!! I also have over 2200 points with them that I was waiting to cash out for!! I remember seeing someone post a while back that they had the same problem with CR but I am unable to find that thread. I am waiting to see what their response is but I am pretty annoyed that this happened and hopefully they return my credits!!

They did reinstate me last night. I only lost a few points, probalby what I did the other morning before I lost my account. They tell me my account was canceled because I categorized one of their e-mails as "junk," which I sure don't remember doing!! I did not have an e-mail with my points balance in it to forward them so I guess I am pretty fortunate they gave me back most of my points!
