I have a booking at the dolphin resort and it has been linked to my account for a few months now and was able to use it for restaurant booking at 180 plus days. But this week it has disappeared twice. It let's me add same booking number and same guest. Just worried when I get to 60 day fastpass booking window I will lose my fastpass. Has anyone else had this problem and know of a fix

I have an upcoming split stay with second half of the trip at the Swan. My booking has disappeared twice as well. I received an email warning me that if I don’t add a qualifying stay my FP’s would be erased. I entered the booking again on MDE. Hoping this one sticks. Wish I could help!

My one is split stay to as I have 4 nights at all star resort after. When my dolphin one disappears it then shows the new straight to room info and link to video. I wonder if that change to system keeps removing my other one to show that. Or maybe it's a problem on the swan and dolphin booking side

I have a split stay with All Star Music and Dolphin coming up next month and it is showing fine. I haven't made any FPs yet, haven't even bought my tickets but my ADRs are showing and my son's linked account shows. I have started checking and making plans on Firefox instead of Google lately since the Disney site doesn't seem to play well with Google. Could that be the problem?

Disappeared from both app and chrome so not sure. I sent a email off as I'm overseas so harder to call. I will screennshot my fastpasses when I book them so if it happens then hopefully I will be OK

I think it might be a tech issue Disney has with non-Disney owned hotels that can be listed in MDE. Our Shades of Green reservations have fallen off consistently. I just kept adding them back in and also called a few times. On our last trip, the tech told me this was an issue and she did something to "anchor" it in, then gave me an alternate number to plug in if it did fall off.

It did stay!

But this has happened on at least three trips. I'm wondering if it's a similar issue with Swan/Dolphin?
