Problem with booking BWI Concierge / Dining Plan

I am having a problem with booking on the Disney website. Yes, I know I could call to book but I really wanted to play around with some dates and get an idea of costs. What I would like to book is a Concierge room at BWI in Oct 08 with the Deluxe Dining Plan. My problem is that it seems impossible to do that on the website, I think I am going crazy trying.

I select some dates in Oct and there is an available Concierge room at BWI (Great!). I then edit the dining plan portion to include the Deluxe Dining Plan and when it adds the dining plan, it changes my room to a regular room at BWI (choice of standard or water view but not Concierge). I then edit the room back to Concierge and it removes my dining plan!!! I've done this back and forth about 10 times. I cannot get the dining plan and the concierge room at BWI on the same reservation for any dates. Help...

That sounds thoughouly frustrating! Why don't you just call 407-WDW-DISNEY, and they can book it for you over the phone. Your trip sounds wonderful!

I had the same problem the other day. I was playing with dates, resorts and numbers and the system wouldn't let me price a Poly or CR room with concierge or any dining plan. It was totally frustrating. I sent an email to WDW and they shot one back asking for all kinds if information and saying they'd be happy to book me a ressie if I sent them the info...some people just don't get it Cindy
