Problem with Booked BounceBack Dates

In October 2015 we booked a bounceback offer for September 2016. We are not able to go during the dates that we booked and need to change our reservations.

Is there any way to rebook our bounceback for a later date (ie. 3rd and 4th week of October instead of 3rd and 4th week of September).

The free dining bounce back was only available until Oct.1. So you could book October 1st as your first day and stay then if a room is available. The 3rd week and 4th week of October were not included in the bounce back. Room only bounce back started on December 9th.

As long as your new dates fall within the BB offer dates, you can change away.
