Problem with app?

Hi. I'm having trouble checking on reservations on my iPhone & iPad. This Saturday I made my 180 + 10 on my laptop no problem. There are 2 that I'd like to get different times on if possible, so I would like to keep checking periodically. Every time I hop onto my phone or iPad i am able to see my dates & select them, but when I go to search it says "having trouble". Again, on laptop no prob. Is anyone else having this problem? I can use laptop, but it's just much faster hopping on phone
