Problem with a Tupperware purchase

I just tried to make a purchase through a Tupperware banner at MyPoints and the 10% discount was not being applied. Has anyone had any problems with getting the discount recently? I was able to get it last week. I called Tupperware and MyPoints and neither could help me (they just referred me to each other). Any thoughts?
 
From the Tupperware site (click on Shop once at the site):

Every 10th purchasing customer receives 10% off their entire order.
Every 100th purchasing customer receives the entire order free.
If you qualify for either discount, you will be notified upon completion of your order.


I received an email from my consultant saying pretty much the same thing the other week.

If you are trying to purchase any of the sale items you will not receive the 10% from MyPoints. That is only for regular priced items. Purchase with Purchase, Last Chance, Oktoberfest, and On Sale are all "sale" items. You will not receive an additional discount on these items. The Last Chance items have already been given 10% off that's why you'll notice that the prices end in 00 as opposed to the normal 99. For example, $15.00 instead of the normal $16.99 Now I did try to place a regular priced item in my cart tonight and I was not given the 10% that I normally get. I think that Tupperware is having problems with their site because even my consultant site is acting up. Hopefully they will take care of this soon. I have a call in to my distributor to see if she has any additional information and I will let you know as soon as I hear anything. The 10th and 100th customer promotion has nothing to do with the MyPoints 10%.

p.s. Jessica if all you are trying to order is the Bacon Keeper than you can go ahead because it has already been discounted! :D
 

I am having trouble getting a gift cert. from Tupperware through MyPoints. Can't get help from MyPoints or Tupperware.

I was able to get one yesterday.
What kind of problem are you having? Maybe I can help?
 
I purchased on10-09 and my cc has been charged.
As of today no Gift Cert. from Tupperware.

Same here DG, only my purchase was on Oct. 7. My CC was charged, and I never recieved my e-certificate. I have e-mailed Tupperware twice (I have not contacted MyPoints since I DID receive the points.) I check my Spam folder each day and nothing was "lost" in there.

Something is wrong. :(
 
That's wierd - I got mine and I ordered a couple days ago. I know that in the past they have resent one when I didn't get it. Did you get your confirmation of purchase and your 800 points? I'm pretty sure that I went through tupperware to get the gift certificate re-sent to me. And they did it pretty immediately. They'll know that the gift certificate hasn't been used. Unless, of course, you put someone else's email address as the recipient.
 
I don't know about DISNEY GUEST, but I did get the pop up that I had received the 800 points (and they showed up the next day in my account.)

And I had used my own name and address for the e-certificate.

I am hoping to hear from Tupperware today...
 
Again my situation is the same as BethR.
Only I bought my Cert. on 10-09.
I also bought a cert. from another Tupperware banner that I have not received my points or cert. but my cc has been charged.
Very discouraging.

I just got off the phone with my customer support since I saw that you were having trouble. Sometimes a consultant can get quicker answers then a customer for some reason. The rep that I spoke with advised me that you really should deal with customer support over the phone and not through email. You will get faster results. Make sure you have your confirmation number and give them a call. They will pull up the certificate to make sure it has not been used, and if not they will send you another one. You may still be waiting on that email answer by then so I would call them when you have a chance. I ordered two for my customers last week and had no trouble, but stuff happens I guess. Give them a call and they will take care of it.

Not DG, but where would I find the Tupperware CS number?

Make sure you have your confirmation number and give them a call.

Now therein lies my problem, I do NOT have the confirmation number, I stupidly exited out of the site without printing it out. Actually, I don't even know that I recall getting a confirmation number since I usually DO print things like that out. :confused: But that it why I checked my credit card statement first before I contacted Tupperware, to make sure that the transaction went through.

The number is 1-888-887-9273. Try to give them a call anyway and maybe they can look it up with the information you used. They should have a record under your name and address. If you had a consultant listed they can look it up under her orders as well. They advised me that if the credit card was charged and the certificate had not been used, it would not be a problem to get a replacement certificate.
