problem w/national EA

I am having trouble with my national ressie for september. I have rented with them in the past and have always gone in under my ea log in and then put in my coupon code and dc contract # to get the best rate. The problem that I am having is when I make these changes it changes my service to counter. I really like having the ea choice because i almost always end up with a suv which i prefer. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong? Did national change something?

that happened to me so before I clicked on rent it or whatever it is I changed it back to aisle svc.

Same thing happened to me. I didn't realize it at first that you can just change it back to aisle service.
