Problem making an offer

I am a current member and would like to add on with resale. I have finely found a contract with the same UY as I currently have and I cannot get a response . I have tried calling and emailing today and yesterday saying I want to make an offer on a listing with no response. I have been looking for some time with no luck and don’t want to miss out on this one. Can I used a different agency or do I have to use the one listing the contract? How long does it usually take for them to get back to you? Am I being too impatient? If the contract is not available anymore do they get back to you and let you know?

I purchased through The Timeshare Store they responded very quickly.... Maybe within 1 hour. They had good service but their closing company was not so great (slow to process). I would look at the brokers website to see what the operating hours are. Good Luck!

I had this same problem! Found the perfect listing and never could get a response from the agency. Finally gave up. A couple of days later found another great listing with another agency and they have been a dream to work with.

I finely got a reply and now there are 3 offers. I hope I get it but if not I know there will be others.
