Problem making ADRs online this morning...

I had the same experience this morning. I called tech support. They told me that it was a gliche and they were working on it. They offered to give me the number to make my dining reservations over the phone. Obviously they didn't understand that I had already called long before I called tech support!

Having the same problem trying to make 180+10 reservations online. Have tried two different computers and various browsers.

We called Disney and they said the system has been having serious problems for the last month and they are not able to figure out what it is.

We have been calling in at 7am to make the reservations via the phone.

Still broken. Here is the exact error message I get:

We were unable to confirm your resort reservation. Please check the details of your reservation and try again, or call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.

Is anyone able to make online 180+10 reservations? If so, what browser and operating system are you using?

What a pain! I was hoping to do the rest of mine online before work tomorrow.

I get the same error. I also tried multiple computers and browsers (before seeing this thread). Frustrating. I had to call for the first 11 days yesterday and added one more today.

Once the reservations are made I do see them online.

System kept telling me it couldn't verify my reservation number. I had to call in and do it live.....Got what i needed also, but i really would have liked the convenience of not being on the phone 45 minutes.

An update on this....

Although the 180+10 did not work for online reservations with my Resort Only reservation, it does work for my dining package reservation. I am on a split stay with a room only for 5 days (where I could not make any resv past 180 days), followed by 10 days on the dining plan (where 180+10 works). Maybe it's a tech issue where the type of reservation is preventing 180+10 from working.

Didn't work for me this morning. I was only able to book my first day online, the rest I had to call for. Got the message saying it could not confirm my reservation to be able to book 10 days out.

It didn't work for me this morning either, also said it couldn't confirm my reservation - I have a package reservation. I got up for 6am and no luck. I just tried again and still didn't work. I was able to call at 7am and get what I wanted, but it was still annoying!

It's still not working today. Sad way to start the morning.
I had a room only, but know we are going to add dining at some point so I went ahead and made a new reservation with dining (was going to have to do it anyways) and it still doesn't work.
So sad, I really could have used the hour of sleep but now I just feel anxiety, calling always scares me because you never know if you will get the CM who is useless that morning.

I had the same issue this morning. (I'm at the 180-day mark before our arrival date with a DVC point reservation.)

The on-line system did let me make a reservation for our first day. However, when I tried to make any reservations further out, it requested my resort reservation, which when inputted resulted in the following error:

We were unable to confirm your resort reservation. Please check the details of your reservation and try again, or call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463.

I ended up calling in at 7 a.m., and was able to make all the reservations I wanted. (I was dialing at 6:59:58 a.m., and had a 4-minute wait after getting through all of the prompts.)

Interestingly, the CM could not get California Grill at first, and started to tell me that sometimes this restaurant is on a strict 180-day reservation cycle instead of 180+10 (which is contrary to my previous experience). Anyway, I asked for Narcoossee's instead as a backup, and the CM got a "no availability" for this restaurant as well! Then the funny part--the system suggested California Grill as an alternative. :) So after all that, she was able to make the CG reservation. :thumbsup2

All of my reservations show up online, too! The only anomaly there is that the CG reservation is listed under our home phone. The rest are listed under my cell phone.

No Hoop-Dee-Doo availability, though. It's reportedly going to be undergoing a refurbishment starting in August 2012.

Same problem here- I was able to book the check in day, but after that i had a message that said the date is more than 180 days away and confirm. so, I confirmed but it couldn't find my reservation? So, I will call at 7AM:headache:

I know that DVC members with DVC reservations have had this problem since late October. No matter how many of us complain, it doesn't get fixed. This happened right after the change to require cc to hold reservations. I remember this, because it was right in the middle of my making my April/May reservations. After the computer change over it stopped recognizing DVC reservations. So if any of you are holding DVC reservations, that is why you can't use the +10. Please make sure you inform MS how unhappy you are about this. I've called and/or email a couple of times and mention it when calling MS only to be told, "you can just call and make your ADRs". I can't believe it's been 4 months now and they still haven't fixed it. I share your frustration. Maybe this week it will be fixed since MS will be undergoing some computer changes/upgrade all day on the 23rd.

I, too, will be calling at 7 am as I couldn't get beyond 180 days.

Here's another possible issue, I'm on a split stay. I'll be staying at the Contemporary on a convention discount, not associated with my DVC points. Then mid-week I will be moving over to Beach Club. Had I not added Beach Club to the trip, I would be able to reserve dining 180+10 online from today.

I also fear that I won't be able to book ADR through the Beach Club portion as it is under a separate reservation and I need to wait until a new 180 days before that check-in. Hopefully whomever I get on the phone will be able to sort it all out.

Short story, I agree, very frustrating. I much prefer doing all this online.

I had no problems at all this morning when I used the online system to make my ADR's at 180+10. :cool1:

I signed in at 4:02 (6:02 Eastern), confirmed my package reservation and then went to work. I got all of the restaurants I wanted and besides a couple places where I had to move the time by a max of 15 minutes I got just when I wanted.

After reading all the posts on here I was so anxious that I think I got about 1 1/2 hours sleep, but it's all good now.

I hope you end up getting it to work, and get the ADR's you're hoping for.

As expected, they would not allow me to make dining reservations beyond the change over to Beach Club. Got the reservations I wanted for the first part at least. Have to try again in 3 days. Beyond ridiculous policy.

I didn't have any problems online at all!! I got all the restaurants I wanted and also close to the times I wanted!!

Experienced the DVC problem myself this morning. Logged in at precisely 6am and was able to secure our first day....and that was it. It was giving me the same error message over and over again, even though under "My Reservations" I could see our confirmation number and our other info. Maddening, I say!!

So, I called at 7am and got a very nice and knowledgable CM and made our ressies the old fashioned way.

Hope it will be fixed before our 180 day mark for Christmas ressies!

Good Luck everyone....
