Problem making ADR for WCC

I have tried unsuccessfully for two weeks to get a lunch ADR for Whispering Canyon Cafe for October 4. I have tried on-line and called. When I call, the CM tells me the tables aren't loaded. Is anyone else having this problem? Could it be because of a refurbishment?

Bummer! We got a dinner ressie for 10/5, no problem, a few weeks ago. Pretty sure I did it online too.

We booked it for October 17 so I don't see why the tables wouldn't be loaded for just one day weeks before our reservation.

We're booked for 10/15. I'd call back and see what you can find out. I booked all of my ADR's online and had no problem.

I was also unable to book WCC for 10/19, both online, and on the phone. The CM got the same internal server error when she attempted to book it. She did not know why, but mentioned that it was not scheduled for refurbishment. The other reservations were no problem. Perhaps it's just a temporary computer glitch.

Having the same problem for lunch at WCC on October 16th. CM said she didn't know what the problem was and to try back in a week... which I did, without success. Guess I'll keep trying.

Tried again, both online and on the phone. No luck. The CM told me that it appears no one has managed to book a lunch for October. She told me to try again on Thursday or Friday, as their computer reservation system is being upgraded tomorrow.

I finally managed to get an ADR for lunch in October. It only took about two dozen tries, both online and on the phone.
