Problem linking Wyndham Garden Lake in MDE

Hi! I booked a stay at Wyndham Garden Lake for December and cannot get it to link in MDE. I booked it Monday, so it’s been well over the 72 hours. Called Disney (3 hour hold) and was told it couldn’t be linked and wouldn’t get in 30 minutes early. Called the hotel and they said it can be linked and I do get the early access (also states that in their website). Hotel said they would submit again to Disney. Has anyone else booked at a Disney Springs hotel and had trouble linking to MDE?

It took me a few tries but I was able to link my hilton reservation to MDE using the Hilton confirmation number.
