I cannot log in- using regular Internet Explorer or VMKPal- I am getting the message saying there is no connection to the VMK server.

Clear the CACHE and try again.

Here is my problem.

I can't get past the VMK map. I can look at messages and friends, but can't enter any rooms.

My children's accounts work fine.

I've done the whole delete cookies/uninstall shockwave stuff.

Why would this only happen with one account?

I've contacted VMK several times, but no response.
