Problem Contacting MyPoints

I have been trying to e-mail MyPoints throughout the day, and I keep getting an automated message back saying that for security reasons, they are not allowed to accept e-mails with attachments. Of course, none of the e-mails that I am sending have attachements! Is anybody else having this problem?

I always have to e-mail them to get my points credited, now I can't even e-mail them anymore. Grrrrrrr

I had a similar problem with them when I was trying to forward them the confirmation emails I received for purchases I had made through MyPoints. The email program I was using, which was Hotmail, kept sending the forwarded message as an attachment, instead of just including the text at the bottom. If that's what you're trying to do - forward your confirmation emails to them - instead of hitting the foward button, copy and paste the text of the confirmation email into a new mail to MyPoints. I have been having the same problem today with trying to contact MyPoints about missing points. I included the order confirmation in the text of my message as they suggested but I still kept getting the attachment notice. Out of all the e-mails I sent (12 and counting) not one had an attachment, everything was cut and pasted into the body of the e-mail. I sent them a regular e-mail asking them what the problem could be. If I get a "real" response, I'll post it here.

Just tried to contact them through my AOL account. No luck, same automated response about attachments. I only sent them a letter asking what the problem is. Hope they fix this soon as I am still owed over 200 points from purchases in July.

I'm even having problems getting to their site. A message keeps coming up that they are unavailable while they preform scheduled Maint. This has been going on for a week now.
