Problem Checking in

I am trying to check in and I'm running into a problem. Whenever I go into pre and post cruise section and fill out all my information it will not let me select disney transportation. It has spots for private company and parking your car and private shuttles that I can click but it won't let me click Disney Transportation. We are also staying in Disney before the cruise and it only asks me about my flight information which is a whole week before and doesn't ask me if I want transport.
 
I would say that you haven't booked the disney transfers. Are you sure you have included them in your cruise package? If not leave this section for now and sort it out after you finish the rest of check in.

If you've booked through a travel agent they would need to book the transfers which might be why it isn't giving you the option
 
I can't even complete that part because it won't let me without choosing an option. We booked the cruise ourselves so there was no package.
 
And when I go into try to book ground transportation it won't let me. The section is there it's just unclickable.

How would one know, though? You don't really look in that are until you're doing checkin and booking stuff, which is when you're pif.

It stinks that the website doesn't tell you either. I had no idea why I couldn't choose anything and I've been PIF for a while now.

The ground transfers page is one of the pages you step through when making a reservation online. It is there for you to choose or not choose right from the beginning.

And if you don't choose the transfers at the time of the original booking, you can't go back and add them online at a later time, you must call DCL to add them. At least, that's my experience with them.

Didn't choose transfer when I booked our cruise in May 2014 and just added the transfer online last week. Was also paid in full at the time.
