Problem booking with Disney direct online?

I would phone them up, the website seems pretty rubbish!! I managed but I was only after one room.

I think you can only book one room at a time online. I would ring them up and book it over the phone :)

Just for future reference, if you're booking 2 rooms at once do you get the second room cheaper? Just wondering as we're ok with one room at the moment, but once DD2 turns 2 (she's 11 months just now) we will be a family of 5 and therefore wont be able to get just one room.

Im sure children under 3 are classed as infants and you should be able to stay in one room as they will provide a travel cot. I know that all children under 3 do not show on the booking as i rung up last time to ask why DD wasnt on my booking form and thats what they said.

Thanks guys

Any idea how much I will have to pay to book? Will it be the full price now?

you pay 10% deposit then the rest 60 days before you leave. (i think its 60 days)

I tried to book online (just 1 room!) and couldn't. When I phoned up, I was told that many banks won't authorise a one-off debit of £1000+ incase of fraud, so you need to phone your bank to authorise it.
I booked over the phone instead.

I had this as well, got a worrying phone call from my bank early sunday morning asking if I was trying to use my card in France for over £1000.

Was concerned till I asked where and they said Disney, I just smiled and said to authorise it, came off the phone and felt all happy as i knew I was officially going on holiday.

Lucky you; I did this recently and my bank blocked it completely, card and all.

After I phoned them and got them the authorise the transaction and unblock the card, I then had to re-book the holiday. Fortunately, Disney extended their special offers about a day or 2 longer than they were supposed to, so I still got or holiday for the same price, otherwise I would have been really cross at the bank for doing not letting me use my card how I wanted to.

Its a good idea to call your bank as well to let them know when you are traveling to France if you are planning on using your credit or debit card there, so you don't get them turning round and blocking it as soon as you start spending.

I've just checked the website and you're absolutely right. All this time I've been reading 0-2 and completely ignoring that inc written beside it. Doh! lol. Thanks for that :)

we had the same problem when we tried to book two rooms, the site only lets you book one at a time and when I tried to book the second it advised to call DLP direct, spoke to them at the same time the bank was ringing my hubby to say someone was using his card for expensive purchases ;) got it sorted in the end.
