Just wanted to add this. You said you lost your divorce decree. You can go to the court in which your papers were filed and ask for copies. With my state and county that I got my divorce in, I can pull up my divorce decree online. My divorce settlement however is private, but still on file with the court house. Also, I was on the deed for my house and I signed a quit claim which my lawyer still keeps on file. I can't imagine a lawyer in a divorce not having him sign a quit claim on any joint property that was suppose to be awarded to you. I'd be calling! Good luck.
