We had lots of great CM's during our recent visit and I asked at the resort concierge how to praise them. They gave me the email address and I plan to do that, but wish I'd had something with me to give out immediately.

Since some people asked what others have done, here's a sample that I printed onto business cards. I plan to pass them out for CM's, leave with tips and for housekeeping, and just spread the pixie dust!

the cards are great, and they do put a smile on CM's faces, but if someone does something really impressive, by all means, give them a card, but also please stop by guest relations on your way out, and let them know about it too, so the CM can be recognized by their managers, and have a note put on their record card.

Its always a great idea to thank all those that help make your trip special, and you'll feel better also. If only everyone would take the time for a thank you, everyone would have a magical time while visiting WDW. Letting CM's know that they have made a difference will show them that we do notice them.
