Has anyone shipped priority mail from Orlando say to the New England area??? We will be gone for my neices birthday and I thought maybe I'd get her a t-shirt and have mickey sign it and then send it priority so that hopefully it will get there on time:hyper: It probably sounds kind of silly, but I've never missed my neices birthday:( And I feel bad. So, I thought that this my make it up to her.
Also, do you think that Mickey would sign it "Happy Birthday Kimberly" and then his name???
Thanks for the help:)

They do, But you may need to stand in line, while all the little kids get their pic taken First. You need to have a peice of hard cardboard in the shirt and a FAT sharpie Marker,so there ios a hard surface to write on and the fat sharpie helps Mickey, too!!

If you are doing a character breakfast this would be a perfect time to askl for the siggie!!

not to sound like a grinch but if you didn't plan on standing in a long line for Mickey's Signature why don't you just sign it yourself and send it to your neice. She would never know the difference since she isn't there. Also you wouldn't have to haul a shirt around the park, keep track of it all day, find a place to mail it, etc.

We just got back from WDW and the lines to see the characters were all very long.

There is a little post office just past the Crossroads shopping plaza, if you want a place to send it outside WDW. It is quite the hole in the wall and very tiny.

We had some stuff sent home from the parks and it was more expensive and they said around 2 weeks for delivery.

Well, for one, my kids would know if Mickey would sign it or not. And two, it would take all the fun away from getting it. So, imo, it would be worth standing in line to get a signature for my neice.

One thing that might speed things up is to stop by your local Post Office for a Priority Mail cardboard envelope in a size appropriate for a T-shirt and tuck it in your luggage before you go. Then, in the Orlando area, somewhere near WDW, or maybe even at WDW, pack the shirt in it with a card signed by Mickey (faster and longer-lasting than a siggie on a T-shirt) and you'll have avoided a few lines...:wave2:
