Probably a stupid question - About FP use

If we are staying offsite (gasp, I know) and buying our tickets now for a stay at the end of August, can we still book FP? I know they say we pick our tickets up at guest services when we get there, so wasn't sure if there was a way to book FP's now. (We are buying the tickets through disney)

As long as your tickets are link to MDE you should be able to make FP+ at 30 days out.

There are ok stupid questions, of course. The FP system can be tricky.
