Hello lovely people.

After changing my booking i have just recieved my revised confirmation.
Looking at my booking on the site it says the following
RETURN UP TO 10 VST
CASTLE ADMIRAL EMPIRE STATE

What does this mean? We're booked into the cheyenne.

I wish i knew, I can't even view my booking anymore. I just get lots of error messages.

When i could view it though i did have the RETURN UP TO 10 VIST in the special requests box. I didn't have the other bit though.

Ooooo, maybe you are going to get upgraded to either the CC, Admiral floor of NPB or the Empire State floor of the NY. Now wouldn't that be nice!

That said, when i was a teenager and we went for the first time, my mum had a few problems with her booking, we were booked into the SF, around a week before we left DLP called to say we had been upgraded to NPB.

I am getting 2 error messages one as soon as the page comes up and then another after it has tried looking for my booking. It's doing my brain in

Each time i put in my res number and surname it just takes me straight back to that page again without bringing up my reservation.

I had that yesterday all day, has been ok today though. The site seems to be very tempromental!

According to a poorly translated (by google) post on another forum:

RETURN UP TO 10 AC VST is already more than 10 times that you stay at Disney hotels (the adviser for the uploaded in your résa)

CASTLE EMPIRE STATE ADMIRAL this is added automatically to your résa. You will not be outclassed in one of the specified hotels before, but this comment is made to the CM at the front desk of the Cheyenne so they know you have a spare room or Buffalo Rio Grande, a room "not standard" this same comment appears also for Montana eg Sequoia, or the Admiral in Newport ..

So - this seems to mean that you've been more than 10 times now and that they'll give you a cheyenne "special" room if they have one spare when you check in

ok so i emailed to ask what it meant and this is the reply -

We thank you for your e mail.
The Rio Grande rooms are near to the Rio Grande river, for quiet rooms, situated next to the lane to go to the Disney Parks.

It is an upgrade room .

We wish our ...lovely magical customers ... a magical stay in Disneyland Paris.

But....thinking about it, this isn;t really an upgrade, we paid the extra £18 for the rio grande rooms
