But I'm gonna ask it anyway. I did a search and couldn't find the answer to this, so sorry if I should have found it.

We're thinking about renting at he Grand Cali if available, but don't know if park hopper tickets are included?

What you are renting is a room (or villa) from a DVC member. Park tickets are not normally included with accomodations.

They are not included although you can ask for a ticket to be bundled in when you make the reservation. From past experience I don't believe you actually save much, if any, money when doing this versus buying them separately via the website however (someone will correct me if I'm wrong here I'm sure). I just got back from a couple days at GCH and found it cheaper to buy tix from the website ... of course those were the promotional tix which ended on 5/28 so I'm not sure about today, sorry
