private van/car ride home... will the driver have a sign with our name

I booked a van through a limo company for our family's ride to and from home to the airport. Obviously they will pick us up at home and take us to the airport. But when we come home... where will we meet our driver/van. Will the driver hold one of those signs with our last name... will he be in the baggage area or outside at the curb... btw its ABE airport. Never used any sort of towncar/private shuttle service before.

I guess i could always ask the driver that is taking us TO the airport.

Usually yes, and if it were an Orlando company I would more confidently say yes they would meet you at baggage claim holding a sign with your name. However, some airports don't allow livery as much access as in years past so sometimes the procedure is different. I know the drill at Logan for example but have yet to use a limo company at Philly.

Honestly, if I were you I would call the company back and ask the procedure for pick up instead of or in addition to asking your driver to the airport. They may meet you at baggage or ask you to meet them in a designated limo area.

Also - just FYI you may or may not have the same driver for both legs of your trip so be sure and tip what you deem appropriate for service on each leg separately.
